We are building, innovating and revolutionizing financial services.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, as well as helping end users who are in need of help.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, and be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including, but not limited to, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. This role reports to the Director of IT.What You’ll DoBe customer-facing and the first line of support; own support and deliver an outstanding experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc.Troubleshoot on Mac platforms; manage end-user devices and ensure enterprise MacOS compatibility.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM). Contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents; prioritize and track tickets.Work on projects over sprints with Jira; follow agile methods and set own objectives and key results aligned to team goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.; experience with open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Splash Buddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows; strong API integration skills.Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; experience shipping and receiving hardware and managing customs.Excellent communication across all media; ability to articulate clearly and empathetically in diverse contexts.Strong writing skills for tickets, email, Slack; ability to craft clear, concise communications.Security-minded with knowledge of PGP; basic networking fundamentals and OSI model troubleshooting.Self-management, with the ability to scope projects and priorities across multiple teams; strong organizational skills and adaptability.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture & BenefitsRemote-friendly with global teams; work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).Comprehensive, best-in-class total rewards package, including PTO and equity opportunities.Inclusive work environment; Ledn is an equal opportunity employer.
