This position involves collaboration with global marketing, sales, and local technical teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities in the South American region.**Main Responsibilities and Tasks:*** **Event Management:** Plan and manage both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful event delivery.* **Brand Ambassador:** Serve as the brand ambassador for the region, ensuring that all regionalized marketing materials and activities consistently adhere to corporate brand guidelines and standards.* **Campaign Evolvement:** Adapt and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategies. Utilize digital platforms, industry events, and sales initiatives to maximize reach and impact.* **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare reports on performance, engagement, and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives.* **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful project execution.* **Budget Management:** Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.**Qualifications and Skills:*** **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.* **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and event execution. Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences sector is a plus.* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus), digital marketing tools, and business analytics.* **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.* **Project Management:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
