Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
* A strong network of local engineering talent within IT.
* Excellent service skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.
* Strong brand awareness and quality standards.
* Understanding of headhunting principles and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
* Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
* Familiarity with contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn new ones.
* Analytical and organized approach, with excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivation, social skills, and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
* Durable and persistent, with the capacity to handle rejection and keep trying.
