Responsibilities
Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) objectives
Conduct checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants
Educate and train healthcare professionals on CRM products and solutions
Manage inventory and documentation related to patient registration and hospital requirements
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and assist in obtaining purchase orders
Qualifications
High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields; or
Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; or
Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, such as Salesforce.com
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
