Marketing Coordinator Role
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth execution of client work by effectively managing internal communication and task coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Maintain seamless collaboration among creatives, writers, and production teams.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Ensure timely completion of tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate task trackers.

* On-time Task Completion Rate: Achieve 95%+ of assigned tasks on or before deadlines.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: Maintain an average rating of 8/10 or higher from creatives and collaborators in quarterly feedback.
