About The Role
Join our dynamic “Flexible Solutions” operational team, where innovation meets practical security. As a Flexible Solutions Security Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering day-to-day operational security services using the latest cutting‑edge technologies. Our team focuses on two core missions: protecting our customers with innovative security solutions and detecting and managing security events with pragmatic, down‑to‑earth approaches. What You Will Do
Manage and optimize security solutions across diverse environments, focusing on protecting customer assets.
Detect, analyze, and respond to security events with a pragmatic approach.
Provide expert assessments of security configurations, including Web Application Firewalls, certificates, CDN, proxies, and related security rules.
Configure and fine‑tune security tooling, from ad‑hoc adjustments to complex, advanced setups.
Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity threats, including APTs, ransomware, and emerging hacking campaigns.
Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within customer environments.
Participate in call rotations and support activities to ensure seamless operational security.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong expertise in Web Application Firewalls, certificates management, CDN, proxies, and security rules.
Solid understanding of network security, including Firewall rules and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
Experience in analyzing security logs and managing security events.
Ability to assess and recommend improvements for Firewall/WAF configurations.
Skilled in configuring security tools, from basic setups to complex, advanced configurations.
Broad knowledge of cybersecurity topics such as APTs, secure coding, ransomware, and current hacking trends.
Backup solutions, automation and scripting knowledge is a plus.
Proven ability to advise on risk mitigation strategies.
Soft Skills
Willingness to participate in call rotations and client support.
Fast learner with a customer‑centric mindset.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Passionate about cybersecurity and leveraging new technologies.
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of presenting and defending technical points to clients.
