Responsável por preparar e operar máquinas e/ou equipamentos industriais, realizar setup e ajuste, seguindo procedimentos de segurança, qualidade e produtividade estabelecidos pela empresa. Atua em diferentes etapas do processo produtivo, realizando ajustes, inspeções e registros necessários para garantir o bom funcionamento das operações.Além de executar todas as tarefas do operador de máquina, o preparador tem as seguintes tarefas:01 – Atender demanda da produção quanto a necessidade de preparação de máquinas;02 – Requisitar e disponibilizar conjunto de ferramental necessário para a fabricação do produto conforme a "ordem de produção" (WS);03 – Garantir que todas as ferramentas necessárias para o setup, estejam disponíveis antes da parada do equipamento;04 – Executar a preparação do equipamento;05 – Realizar limpeza do equipamento no início e final da atividade;06 – Validar lote de liberação;07 – Solicitar ajustes de ferramentas a ferramentaria quando necessário;08 – Solicitar auxílio da manutenção quando necessário;09 – Realizar pequenas intervenções de manutenção preventiva e/ou corretiva quando solicitado;10 – Preencher registros pertinentes as atividades realizadas;11 – Propor melhorias em ferramentais ou processos de setup quando aplicável;12 – Manter o ferramental limpo, organizado e identificado;13 – Garantir o controle de vida útil das ferramentas.14 - Realiza preparação e operação de conformadora do setor de CORPO DE REBITE, ou conformadoras de 1, 2 ou 3 estágios do setor de PINOS, ou Máquinas de montagem UTA do setor de MONTAGEMDE REBITES, ou torno automático do setor de REBITE TUBULAR, ou multiformadora do setor de CLIPE, com total autonomia.15 Atuar para garantir a confidencialidade, integridade e disponibilidade dos dados, por meio da avaliação de riscos de segurança da informação, desenvolvimento e implementação de políticas, procedimentos e medidas de segurança, monitoramento e detecção de ameaças, resposta a incidentes, promoção da conscientização e treinamento, além de manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências em Segurança da Informação.We Don't Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
