We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns for multiple SaaS accounts. Your primary goal will be to generate sales pipeline and optimize ad performance.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing multiple SaaS accounts with budgets ranging from $5k to $50k per month
* Optimizing Google Ads based on HubSpot data
* Launching and iterating experiments weekly, including ad copy, offers, and landing pages

You will also be expected to analyze lead-to-sales pipeline conversion rates and surface relevant keywords and winning campaigns. Additionally, you will present insights to stakeholders that help kill waste and scale successful initiatives.

This is a remote position with 4-5 hours of EST overlap. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads in the B2B SaaS space, as well as fluency in HubSpot and Google Tag Manager.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $4k-$7k USD per month, plus a 15% performance bonus tied to SQL and retention KPIs.
