This job involves serving customers in the Caxias do Sul and Porto Alegre regions, reporting to the Sales Manager for the Automotive Industry. Key responsibilities include:
Job Description
* Marketing industrial assembly tools, automation solutions, software, and process quality control;
* Developing and consolidating the customer portfolio, positioning Atlas Copco as a reference in solutions, and ensuring the company's dominance as a supplier;
* Prospecting and acquiring new clients, expanding the market;
* Strategically planning visits to ensure comprehensive customer coverage, conducting face-to-face meetings to identify business opportunities, strengthen relationships, and close sales;
* Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities;
* Executing activities aligned with the global client plan, interacting with international units where factories are located;
* Conducting technical demonstrations and preparing commercial proposals independently, highlighting benefits and offering competitive conditions;
* Using the CRM system SalesForce to manage sales processes, activities, and available resources;
* Constantly improving knowledge about products, market, and competitors;
* Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and seeking continuous improvements;
* Ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining an NPS above average through excellent service and support;
* Coordinating internal departments such as marketing, services, applications center, internal sales, and external suppliers to ensure smooth sales flow;
* Joining an innovative, results-oriented team.
