We are looking for a City Manager for Porto Alegre, Brazil to manage our operations there.
Responsibilities
Service center work organization: repair, maintenance and charging of electric scooters.
Searching contractors and performers for service center activity (including drivers, mechanics, coordinators, keepers).
Everyday organization and operational management of a service team full cycle work.
Placement in the city and collection of scooters for repairing and charging at a service center.
Organization of scooters monitoring and control using the IT platform and special software.
Key performance indicators control and achievement.
Solving current operational issues with authorities, administration, police.
Interaction with counterparties and suppliers of spare parts.
Spare parts planning and inventory.
Requirements
Fluent English.
Ability to work in multitasking atmosphere.
Management experience.
Ability to build effective processes.
Experience in B2C market.
Experience in managing service centers will be a big advantage.
