Job Opportunity: Salesforce Data Cloud Expert
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of software programs, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, programming standards, and procedures. They will also perform unit tests and troubleshoot coding errors to deliver high-quality applications.
To excel in this role, one must have a strong understanding of secure coding practices, UI standards, and best practices. The successful consultant will contribute to the improvement and maintenance of existing applications, identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective solutions.
The Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain program code and applications. They will execute comprehensive unit tests, secure code testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration and performance.
In addition, the consultant will participate in source code management, contribute to integration, systems, and performance testing, and implement code tuning strategies. They will also engage in secure code peer reviews and promote opportunities for code reuse, configurations, procedures, and techniques.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* Fluency in English is essential for technical communication with offshore teams, support teams, and customers worldwide.
* Experience with data architecture, SQL query writing, data modeling, governance, and architecture performance practice and guidelines are necessary.
* Proficiency in migrating data from traditional applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader utility is required.
* Experience in handling multi-country deployments and managing multiple instances of Salesforce.com is essential.
* A plus would be experience with setting up and customizing managed Field Service packages.
