About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing healthcare SaaS organization, is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to support post-sales technical implementations and system integrations.
This role is responsible for configuring and deploying HL7 interfaces within client environments, ensuring secure and accurate data connectivity between the SaaS platform and customer systems. The ideal candidate understands healthcare data workflows, integration standards, and how to work cross-functionally with client IT teams to enable seamless interoperability.
This is a post-sales, client-facing technical role that blends implementation, troubleshooting, and systems integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 3–6+ years of experience in healthcare IT, technical operations, or systems integration
* Direct experience working with HL7 interfaces (v2.x preferred)
* Experience connecting SaaS platforms to EHR or clinical systems
* Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and workflows
* Experience working with APIs, endpoints, or secure data transmission protocols
* Ability to troubleshoot integration issues independently
* Strong communication skills when working with client IT teams
Preferred Experience
* Experience within a healthcare SaaS organization
* Familiarity with EHR systems
* Experience with interface engines
* Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant data handling practices
Key Responsibilities
Post-Sales Implementation Support
* Lead technical onboarding activities following customer contract execution
* Configure and deploy HL7 interfaces within client instances
* Coordinate with client IT and EHR teams to establish secure data connections
* Ensure accurate mapping of inbound and outbound data fields
HL7 & Data Integration
* Build, configure, and validate HL7 message interfaces
* Support integration between the SaaS platform and client EHR or clinical systems
* Troubleshoot data transmission errors and interface failures
* Validate endpoint connectivity and message formatting
Client Collaboration
* Serve as technical point of contact during implementation
* Communicate integration requirements clearly to client technical stakeholders
* Assist in diagnosing and resolving integration-related issues
* Support go-live and stabilization efforts
System & Workflow Optimization
* Monitor integration performance and data accuracy
* Improve documentation around interface setup and troubleshooting
* Contribute to process improvements within the technical operations function
