Account Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our internal teams.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination. Your primary responsibility will be to drive projects forward, maintain timelines, and keep all stakeholders informed.

You will be responsible for handling minor updates to client websites using low-code tools, which training can be provided on.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while ensuring that communication is professional, timely, and aligned with our standards.

* Clients feel valued, heard, and confident that their projects are progressing smoothly.
* Projects are delivered on time without unnecessary delays.
* Communication between clients and the internal team is clear, professional, and well-organized.
* The agency owner is free to focus on sales and lead generation, thanks to your reliable handling of client accounts.
