You will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and visuallycompelling web experiences that delight players, improve user journeys, and supportour business growth.You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders todesign interfaces and interactions that align with our brand and optimize the playerexperience across devices.Key Responsibilities1. Design & User ExperienceLead the design of web-based casino interfaces, ensuring they are visually appealing,user-friendly, and responsive.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features andenhancements.Maintain a consistent design language and visual identity across the product.Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on player feedback and analytics.2. Collaboration & Product DevelopmentWork closely with the Product Owner to translate product vision and roadmap intoimpactful design solutions.Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional pages, landing pages, andin-game event visuals.3. Research & OptimizationAnalyze user behavior and journeys to identify design improvements.Apply UX best practices to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention.Stay up-to-date on iGaming design trends, competitor platforms, and new design tools.Requirements1. Experience & Skills3+ years as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, preferably iniGaming, entertainment, or e-commerce.Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with excellent typography, color theory,and layout skills.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch .Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility .Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration.2. Mindset & AttributesStrong design mindset focused on player needs, simplicity, and accessibility.High attention to detail with a passion for quality.Ability to balance creativity with business and technical constraints.Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing for online gaming or gambling platforms .Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.Knowledge of animation and motion design for enhancing player experiences.Understanding of Brazilian gaming regulations from a design perspective.
