Lead Product Designer
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer to join our organization. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive, scalable product experiences in fast-paced environments.
* Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and industry best practices in product design;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
Requirements:
* Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams;
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
* Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;
* Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
