Your Role
Our user base and tech team are expanding rapidly, so we’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and scale our platform and support our engineering teams. You’ll help define our roadmap, find technical solutions for customers, and run experiments to bring new ideas to the table.
Reporting directly to our DevOps Lead, Mate, you will be responsible for:
Interacting with engineers to provide infrastructure support.
Managing, monitoring and scaling our existing services.
Provisioning infrastructure and platform services through IaC, code reviews and testing.
You will be working with Michael (Co‑Founder & CTO), the Product team and the Engineering team (web developers, SRE, data scientists).
Your Qualifications
Must‑haves
5+ years of experience with public cloud, Kubernetes and GitOps.
Observability through logs, metrics and tracing.
Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform and Helm.
Ability to read and understand application code (Go, Python, shell).
Experience in tech startups or similarly agile and fast‑paced environments.
Strong communication & collaborative skills; perfect fluency in English.
Goal‑oriented, ownership and commitment.
Doer mindset with balanced execution, planning and strategy.
Humble, willing to learn and open to feedback.
User‑centricity – proud of your build and shared obsession for amazing user experience.
Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.
Bonus points
Past experience and/or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps, etc.).
Location: must be able to work within ±4 CET.
