Prioritizes initiatives and interfaces with Engineering managers to ensure resources are working on the correct initiatives. As a Productivity Project Manager, you will be responsible for: - Acting as focal for FPS Offshore product cost out for region (UK/Brazil) and responsible for managing product cost out activities; - Prioritizing initiatives and interfaces with Engineering managers to ensure resources are working on the correct initiatives; - Developing high level initiative plan including deliverable dates based on business need (technical release date) and work with Engineering manager to determine resource requirements and availability for product cost; - Generating yearly product cost out target based on initiative status and business S&OP plan, providing updates to SPB and EB level; - Collaborating with PMs to ensure initiatives are included in projects where applicable; - Collaborating with Commercial team to ensure initiatives are used as part of bid process where applicable.
