U.S. Immigration Law Firm, Law offices of Jacob J Sapochnick is growing and developing law firm in the USA that specializes in business, employment, investment, and family immigration to the USA. The law firm is known for providing its best to the clients by offering creative and strategic legal solutions. We are looking for the new team member, Legal Writer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Document Review & Case Assembly
* Review and analyze all client-provided documentation
* Assemble comprehensive case files for filing, Prepare and organize exhibits
* Apply critical analytical approach to identify gaps or inconsistencies
2. Legal Drafting & Writing
* Draft high-quality legal briefs, petitions, statements, and supporting documents
* Employ creative and detailed legal writing to strengthen case arguments
* Ensure all documents are substantively sound and persuasive
* Excellent Research skills
3. Proactive Case Management
* Monitor case timelines and tight deadlines to ensure timely submissions
4. Strategic Collaboration
* Work closely with senior legal specialists and U.S. attorneys to understand case strategy
* Ensure consistent implementation of approved legal strategies across all case documents
* Prepare petitions with adequate lead time for mid-level and final attorney review
* Maintain clear communication with team members throughout the drafting process
5. Quality Control
* Ensure all work product meets firm quality standards
* Double-check accuracy of all facts, citations, and supporting evidence
* Submit polished, professional documents that reflect positively on the firm
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills, grammar, spelling, and written English composition skills is a must.
· B.A. Degree in Law or English or related studies student or graduate.
· Previous legal or immigration experience preferred.
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills.
· Strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure, work within competing deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively.
· Applicant must have the ability to use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Salary: $ 1500.00- $1800.00 / monthly
Schedule:
* 8-hour shift,
* Monday to Friday
* Remote work
