The Role
Owner and responsible for scaling HYPR Cloud Platform.
Board-level executive role with end-to-end accountability for architecture, development, and operation of AI systems directly supporting strategy, revenue, and competitive advantage.
Designed for a founder-grade technical leader, hands-on, with technical depth to design systems, judgment for high-impact long-term decisions, and credibility to operate as a peer to executive leadership.

Mission
Design, build, and scale AI-native software platforms that convert HYPR's proprietary data advantage into durable, defensible, and monetizable systems — with world-class engineering standards, execution speed, and economic discipline.
What You Will Own
HYPR Cloud architecture (AI/ML, data platforms, APIs, production systems)
Technical strategy aligned with board objectives and long-term direction
Reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency of all AI systems
Hiring, development, and leadership of a small, elite, senior engineering organization
Translation of ambiguous, high-impact business problems into production-grade systems
Platform evolution, technical risk management, and architectural integrity at scale
How You Will Drive Impact
Define and evolve durable architecture for AI-native adtech and location-intelligence platforms
Lead productionization of AI models (LLMs, proprietary models, hybrid systems) embedded directly in decision workflows
Integrate foundation models with structured, geospatial, transactional, and mobile data
Build and operate high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines for real-time and batch decisioning
Establish engineering standards for quality, security, observability, MLOps, and system reliability
Make build vs buy, stack, and cloud economics decisions with long-term leverage in mind
Partner directly with Board and executive leadership on platform strategy and technical bets
Maintain execution velocity while preventing uncontrolled technical debt
Ensure systems are economically efficient, not just technically sophisticated
Leadership Expectations
Operate as a technical executive with direct involvement in architecture and system design
Be hands-on in critical technical decisions and reviews
Build, mentor, and retain senior engineers and technical leaders with strong ownership
Establish a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and outcome-driven engineering
Communicate complex technical trade-offs clearly to executives and board members
Experience and Profile
Deep experience building and operating complex software, data platforms, or AI systems in production, with demonstrated ability to own platform-level decisions with material business impact.
Strong expertise in distributed systems, modern cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and data-intensive architectures.
Hands-on experience deploying and integrating LLM-based and machine learning systems in real-world environments.
Proven track record of high-impact technical decisions and translating ambiguous business problems into durable, scalable systems.
Depth of experience, judgment, and execution capability matter more than years in role.
Experience in location-based platforms is highly valued, as well as experience with geospatial data, mobile SDKs, or large-scale behavioral datasets.
Prior founder, co-founder, or early-stage executive experience is a strong plus, as is exposure to global, multi-market platforms.
Compensation and Governance
Executive role reporting directly to the Executive Board, with significant autonomy over technical and organizational decisions.
Total annual compensation is expected to exceed BRL 1,000,000, including base salary, performance-based incentives, and long-term equity, structured to align leadership incentives with company growth and platform impact.
