China Sales Representative (China → Latin America)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven China Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in the Chinese market and drive business growth between China and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize FOB account plans, ensuring volume commitments and commercial objectives are achieved.
* Identify growth opportunities, develop new business, and support customer acquisition in the Chinese market.
* Analyze account performance and coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize capacity utilization and commercial results.
* Monitor market trends, identify risks, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Promote import opportunities and identify strategic matchback business potential.
* Serve as a bridge between China and Latin America teams, fostering mutual understanding of commercial dynamics and market conditions.
* Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to anticipate demand and deliver effective customer solutions.
Qualifications:
* Minimun 2 years of sales experience in the shipping, logistics, or container transportation industry.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong knowledge of container shipping processes, including booking, documentation, and transshipment.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Solid understanding of the Chinese market and its trade relationship with Latin America.
