You'll lead end-to-end Klaviyo strategy, driving client growth through expert execution and confident communication.
Compensation:

We need to hire IMMEDIATELY.
We’re hiring a senior, client-facing Klaviyo expert who can fully own strategy and execution for an active client account starting immediately.
This is not a junior coordinator role. We need someone who can step in fast, take ownership, and confidently lead Klaviyo work end-to-end.
Fully fluent English is required.
This is a client-facing role. You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally on live calls.
What you’ll do:
Own Klaviyo strategy and execution for a live client account
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns and flows
Handle segmentation, list management, and audience targeting
QA and deploy campaigns with accuracy and speed
Monitor performance and make proactive recommendations
Report on results clearly and confidently
Join client calls and communicate with professionalism and authority
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience
You have personally managed accounts end-to-end
Strong experience with:
campaigns
flows
segmentation
deliverability basics
list hygiene
A/B testing
reporting and optimization
Fully fluent English.
Comfortable being client-facing
Able to explain strategy, results, and next steps on live calls
Fast, organized, and able to move without hand-holding
E-commerce experience strongly preferred
Big plus if you have:
SMS experience
Shopify experience
Agency experience
Retention/lifecycle marketing experience
Ability to audit an account quickly and identify immediate wins
