Agile Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile project coordinator to join our product and engineering environment. This role involves supporting one or two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate All Scrum Ceremonies: Ensure alignment with Agile principles by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Support and Guide Scrum Teams: Provide guidance and support to one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall performance.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Agile Coaches: Partner with enterprise Agile coaches to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and delivery.
* Implement SAFe Practices: Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices across the organization, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
* Identify and Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and escalate impediments impacting team progress and work closely with stakeholders to remove these obstacles.
* Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of experimentation and feedback within the organization, promoting a growth mindset and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong Knowledge of Agile Methodologies: 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Scrum of Scrums.
* Experience Working with Distributed Teams: Familiarity with working with distributed, global teams and experience navigating cultural differences.
* Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* SAFe Certification (Desired): SAFe certification is highly desired, but not required.
