We’re looking for aStaff Mobile Engineerwith deep expertise inFlutter and/or React Nativeto help lead the architecture, development, and evolution of our mobile applications. You’ll work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-impact features and ensure seamless performance across platforms.This role requires someone with a strong foundation in software development (7+ years), with 5+ yearsspecifically in mobile app development, and the ability to lead, mentor, and own projects from conception to production.What You'll Be Working With
Mobile:Flutter, React Native
Backend:Node.js, Nest.js, MongoDB, Mongoose
Frontend(Web): React, Angular
Infrastructure:GCP, AWS, GitHub Actions (CI/CD)What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience building and maintaining mobile apps in production environments
7+ years of professional experience in software development
Deep expertise in Flutter and/or React Native — you’ve shipped apps, solved performance issues, and know the ecosystems inside and out
Strong proficiency with TypeScript
Strong product intuition and user-centric thinking
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environmentBonus Points
Familiarity withGCP(Google Cloud Platform) and/orAWS
Experience withvideo hosting, real-time data, or automation workflows
Background insystem designand mobile architecture at scale
Experience building SDKs or mobile frameworks for reuse across teams
Familiarity withNode.jsand modern backend patterns (Nest.js experience is a plus)
Experience working in cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers
Comfort working in CI/CD environments and managing deployments
Experience working in a CRM or SaaS product companyWhat You'll Get
