Overview
SDET Tech Lead, overseeing the technical aspects of test automation. You’ll guide a team of SDETs to build and maintain robust test automation frameworks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in testing.
What you will do
Define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and quality assurance.
Lead and manage a team of SDETs, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews.
Facilitate collaboration between QA, development, and other departments to enhance software quality.
Oversee the development and maintenance of advanced automated testing systems and infrastructure.
Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices, tools, and processes.
Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and test automation across the organization.
What we are looking for
7+ years of experience in software development and testing.
Proven track record in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs.
In-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices.
Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing.
Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance.
Skilled in stakeholder management and technical decision-making.
Advanced level of English.
