Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled content creator to join our team. As a viral video scriptwriter and editor, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging videos that captivate our audience and drive sales.
Your primary objective will be to create a consistent pipeline of fresh, high-converting video creatives using AI tools at scale. This involves researching the market and audience, writing compelling scripts, editing fast-paced videos using AI + simple editing tools, and shipping volume daily.
You'll be working closely with our team to deliver a steady stream of creative assets that meet our quality standards. To achieve this, you'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation, as well as develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Write short-form ad scripts (UGC style, narration, simple scenes, strong hooks)
* Do research (audience pains, language, objections, comments, competitor ads)
* Edit videos in CapCut (or similar) and ship finished assets ready to launch
* Use AI tools to generate footage, b-roll, voice, captions, and variations fast
* Create lots of iterations: new hooks, new openings, new pacing, new visuals
* Organize deliverables cleanly (folders, versions, naming, notes)
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualifications. These include:
* A portfolio of viral videos, ad creatives, or short-form edits
* Strong English and the ability to write like a real US consumer talks
* Understanding of basic copywriting principles (hook, problem, proof, offer, CTA)
* Ability to edit quickly in CapCut (or similar) and keep pacing tight
* Experience using AI tools to create videos at scale (not just one-offs)
* Moving fast, learning fast, and caring more about output and results than comfort
