As a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our e-commerce clients through strategic ad management.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEM Specialist to manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads
* Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making
* Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics to drive profitability
* Creative testing & ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates
* Competitor & market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy
* Reporting & insights generation using analytics tools
Requirements:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus)
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads
* Proven expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
* Experience with external feed management platforms
