About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our customer data ecosystem team. As a key member of our Agile development process, you will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure smooth workflows.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the team by promoting Agile best practices and encouraging innovation.
In this role, you will also work with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements. Additionally, you will track performance metrics such as velocity and burndown to identify areas for improvement. You must stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies and apply relevant advancements to enhance team performance.
