We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead our teams in delivering high-quality software products. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth workflows.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by promoting Agile best practices and encouraging collaboration among team members.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Develop and implement processes to track team performance metrics such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agile Methodologies: Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies and apply relevant advancements to improve team performance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
