Role Description
* Provide support to the senior team in the origination and execution of M&A, debt restructuring, and project finance assignments;
* Preparation and presentation of industry analyses, information memoranda, financing proposals, financial modeling, and due diligence, amongst others;
* The selected candidate will actively participate in all stages of the ongoing projects, with high responsibility and exposure from the beginning of the internship.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge
* Current enrollment at an undergraduate institution with expected graduation in Jun/2027, Dec/2027, or Jun/2028;
* Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills;
* Fluency in English;
* Strong interest in financial markets;
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
* Corporate finance, accounting, valuation, and financial modeling skills are considered assets;
* Monthly R$3,500 salary;
