The opportunity
The Senior Account Manager will play a key role leading the relationship for a portfolio of LATAM clients for Dragonpass, where you'll build long-term partnerships founded on a collaborative philosophy and with a desire for market leading innovation.
About you
With a background in financial services, travel, loyalty or payments, you'll be able to establish relationships quickly with key stakeholders internally and externally, through your ability to build rapport and adapt your style to meet differing requirements.
As Senior Account Manager you'll have a proven ability to lead multi-million dollar accounts with recognisable year on year growth across multiple products and regions.
You'll have a commercial mindset with a proven ability to lead complex negotiations, recommend new commercial models and handle the contracting process with the support of legal teams. A proactive but patient mentality will be essential as well as a passion for developing your team to create a high performing unit that works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and is committed to upholding the highest standards with clients.
