Transform raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b-roll into compelling short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers. You will work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously.
A strong understanding of direct response mechanics is required, including crafting hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds, deploying engagement disruptors, optimizing pacing for platform algorithms, and A/B testing visual approaches based on performance data.
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of editing experience for DTC/eCommerce brands, especially in the beauty, health, or supplements industry, with a portfolio demonstrating direct response ads that drove conversions.
You should be proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects, familiar with Meta/YouTube Shorts specs, and have native fluency with UGC aesthetics versus polished brand content.
We are looking for someone who can produce 8-12 ads per week without compromising quality, think critically, and recommend new approaches, ad formats, and tools.
Bonus points will be given to those with experience editing short-form VSLs or long-form VSLs, motion design skills, and understanding of direct response copywriting principles.
