How You Will Contribute
* Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
* Monitor shelf and assortment.
* Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
* Perform required administrative tasks.
* Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
* Be the customer's first choice of supplier.
* Create exposure in stores.
What You Will Bring
* Previous merchandising experience (preferred).
* Confident with good interpersonal skills.
* Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve set goals.
* Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills.
Aprendiz de Merchandising Responsibilities
* Organização e reposição de produtos nas gôndolas;
* Verificação de validade e garantir a precificação correta;
* Auxiliar no recolhimento de produtos sem condições de venda (fora do prazo de validade);
* Apoio na montagem de materiais de merchandising (displays, ilha, pontas de gôndola);
* Acompanhamento de estoque no PDV;
* Registro de informações básicas (ruptura, concorrência, pesquisas, fotos);
* Organizar as mercadorias para inventário;
* Apoiar o promotor em loja;
* Suporte ao promotor ou supervisor da área.
