We are a dynamic agency specializing in creating high-performance Shopify pages for e-commerce brands. Our mission is to empower e-commerce businesses to convert users into loyal customers more efficiently, increasing sales conversions and reducing their advertising spend.
The Key Account Partnership Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication between them and our design/development team. You will be responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and keeping all stakeholders informed.
 * Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
 * Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
 * Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
The success of this role will be determined by how well you can manage client communication, keep projects on track, and free up the agency owner from direct involvement in day-to-day project management.
