Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Operations Engineer to oversee the daily operations of our end-to-end digital solutions and emergency services. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless performance, minimal downtime, and high system reliability.
The Digital Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring system performance, analyzing data, gathering user feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance quality and reliability across hardware and cloud teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of E2E Digital Solutions and Emergency Services
2. Monitor system performance, analyze data, and gather user feedback
3. Enhance quality and reliability across hardware and cloud teams
4. Act as point of contact for L3/L4 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
5. Assist development teams by identifying issues and providing feedback
6. Drive test automation, including unit and integration testing
7. Support planning for performance, uptime, disaster recovery, and capacity growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Effective communication with business experts, product teams, developers, testers, and designers
* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and data analysis skills
* Experience with large-scale, complex systems
* Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, functional)
* Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance
* Coding skills and experience with cloud application maintenance are preferred
* Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps
