PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Office/Public Administration, Accountancy, or any related field
Training:
Eight (8) hours of training in civil service rules and regulations, bookkeeping, and personnel administration
Experience:
One (1) year of experience in personnel management and management, including but not limited to timekeeping and attendance monitoring, leave administration and payroll preparation
Functions and Responsibilities
Indexes application for leave
Reviews daily time records (DTR) of employees.
Processes payroll and employee compensation and benefits e.g. allowance, bonus, incentive.
Prepares remittances for mandatory contributions/loans to GSIS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG Fund and Landbank.
Renders liaisoning work to CSC, GSIS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG Fund.
Maintains/updates 201 file of employees and other personnel records.
Prepares service record, clearance, and other employment certificates as may be required.
Tracks incoming and outgoing communication and documents
Provide administrative support in the recruitment and selection process, and training and development activities.
Drafts simple routine documents such as transmittal letters, memoranda, vouchers, and other documents as may be required.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by Immediate supervisor, Division Chief, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.

Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport size picture and thumbmark (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025) with Work Experience Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Attachment-Work Experience Sheet) which may be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
Comprehensive Resume with Job Description and 2x2 ID picture;
Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License;
Certificate of relevant training, learning and development intervention and seminars attended;
Copy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR)/Summary of Rating of Performance Contract Assessment in the present position, if applicable;
Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
