Salary Range: up to 5000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare Detailed Estimates: Analyze blueprints and specifications to produce accurate cost assessments.
* Collaborate with Project Managers: Develop precise bids that balance quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Maintain Organized Records: Keep meticulous documentation of estimates, bids, and contracts.
* Material Takeoffs: Conduct accurate takeoffs to ensure smooth project planning.
* Risk & Cost Evaluation: Assess scope, risks, and budget to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably within the plumbing industry.
* Proficiency in blueprint reading, Microsoft Excel, and estimating/takeoff software.
* In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and industry standards.
* Strong project management skills, including cost control and scheduling.
* Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
* Strong negotiation abilities to secure competitive pricing from vendors.
* Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with clients and teams.
* Relevant education or certifications in plumbing estimation are a plus
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience working in a remote or international team.
* Familiarity with additional project management or estimating software.
