Service Delivery Lead - Open Banking Expert
This role involves managing the day-to-day operation of a cloud-native SaaS solution for Open Banking in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the operation of the Open Banking platform to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Provide expert knowledge on Open Banking workflows and technologies, including FDX/REST APIs and data sharing.
* Collaborate with development teams and AWS SMEs to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance.
* Participate in application support and customer issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of experience supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
* 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Working experience with FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
* Previous experience leading a support team.
* Experience running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially change, release, and incident management.
* Experience dealing with senior management at financial institutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Open Banking experience.
* Fluency in French (B2 level or above).
