The Role
As a Talent Acquisition / Candidate Experience Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving an efficient and high-quality hiring experience. You will operate at the intersection of Candidate Experience and Talent Operations, ensuring that processes are scalable, data is accurate, and candidates and stakeholders have a seamless journey from application to hiring.
What You’ll Do
* Own and optimize candidate experience, interview scheduling processes across teams, time zones, and formats, ensuring speed, accuracy, and a smooth experience.
* Manage end-to-end interview logistics, proactively handling changes, minimizing delays, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
* Ensure timely and consistent candidate communication, improving transparency and overall experience throughout the hiring process.
* Track and analyze recruitment data, maintaining accurate records and generating insights to support decision-making.
* Support and execute Talent Operations initiatives, including process improvements, workflow optimization, and documentation of best practices.
* Contribute to talent attraction programs and projects focused on enhancing candidate experience and operational efficiency.
* Identify gaps in processes and propose practical solutions to improve scalability, consistency, and performance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
What We Need From You
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or similar analytical/operational roles.
* Availability to work onsite 5 days per week at EZ Tower (Chácara Santo Antônio, near Morumbi train station) is required.
* Proficiency in data handling and reporting using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
* Ability to translate data into insights and support process improvements.
* Clear and effective communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset to identify and resolve issues.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Must be comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis.
