We are seeking a talented and innovative Salesforce Business Analyst to join our organization on a journey of technological advancement.
Main Responsibilities:
 1. Gather and Document Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
 2. Map, Analyze, and Optimize Business Processes: Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
 3. Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
 4. Prepare Reports and Dashboards: Collect and analyze business data and CRM trends to prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
 5. Conduct User Acceptance Testing: Prepare training materials and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
 6. Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
 7. Evaluate Solution Performance: Gather feedback post-implementation, monitor solution performance, and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
Requirements:
 * Expertise in Salesforce: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management.
 * Business Case Writing and Analysis: Ability to write compelling business cases, create wireframes, and develop flow diagrams.
 * Salesforce Configuration and Administration: Experience in configuring and administering Salesforce solutions.
 * Programming and Scripting: Basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL are advantageous.
