Our organization is currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Development Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regional and urban development, with expertise in areas such as urban planning, economic development, disaster risk management, and social and affordable housing.
The selected individual will be responsible for working on various projects related to EIB priorities under this framework contract. They will also be part of a pool of experts who can undertake short-term assignments.

Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in regional and urban development
* Experience working on EU, EIB, WB, etc.-financed projects
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree relevant to the topic

Disaster Risk Management:
* Prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery phases in relation to natural disasters and human-made accidents

* Energy efficiency and circular economy approaches in housing contexts
* Regulatory analysis in countries without robust social and affordable housing frameworks
Language Skills:
