Senior Salesforce Developer Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead our full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects.
The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/Rest APIs, and declarative tools.
This role requires experience with Salesforce Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs).
You will manage offshore teams and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
In addition to technical skills, you should be able to provide technical leadership to junior developers, plan their tasks, review their work, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and business value.
This includes estimating effort and timelines for user stories and tasks to support effective sprint planning.
You will create sprints, ensuring a balanced workload and alignment with project timelines and objectives.
As part of this role, you will assign tasks to team members based on skillsets, availability, and delivery priorities.
You will conduct daily stand-up meetings to track progress, gather updates, and identify and resolve blockers.
Finally, you will coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of dependencies and issues impacting delivery.
