Job Description
We are seeking a senior-level expert in ServiceNow platform to lead the development of complex ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
* Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Provide solutions that utilize out-of-the-box features without requiring customizations.
* Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns.
* Perform upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor ServiceNow releases.
* Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Required Experience & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD) code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.
