Escalation Manager Role
Our organization requires a dedicated Escalation Manager to oversee the resolution of critical customer issues that impact our business relationship and sales opportunities with key clients. This high-visibility role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive progress toward streamlined escalation resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric attitude, fluency in multiple languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish), and extensive experience in sales and service delivery roles (10+ years). Past experience as an Escalations Engineer/Manager or similar positions is desired.
