We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis professional to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications
* Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
* Experience working with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or other cloud solutions
* Infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer expertise related to SAP landscape management
* Excellent technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to design end-to-end solutions
* Proficiency in migration (on-premise to Cloud/Cross cloud/Cross DC's)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship building skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Understanding of escalation handling and procedures with proactive collaboration within internal teams
* Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in English (Written and verbal)
