 * We are seeking an experienced recruiter to lead our IT recruitment efforts, requiring 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
 * A proven track record of recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles is essential.
 * Strong understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
 * Multitasking, managing multiple roles, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills – English proficiency is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
 * High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and modern ATS systems.
Responsibilities
 * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Develop strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Leverage various sourcing tools such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
 * Post job advertisements across relevant platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
 * Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
 * Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
 * Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our operations in LATAM and the U.S.
 * Act as a trusted representative, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to candidates and clients.
