**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the product team to develop Artist services related functions, to empower the artists and music creators.
- Design artist on-boarding & incubation strategy, to form an indie artist friendly ecosystem across ByteDance Apps (mainly Resso & TikTok).
- Develop and iterate the benefit for Artists, guide the artists' content creation (include but not limited to song making, TikTok video making and social media contents), so as to help the artists promote their songs and careers.
- Develop a strong relationship with the industry players, especially with indie artists communities, indie labels / aggregators, etc.
- Design categorisation criteria to artists and music creators, CRM strategy and workflows to enable higher efficiency of creator (artist) on-boarding and incubation.
- 5-10 years of experience in the music industry
- Strong networks especially with Indie artists; good sense of music; excellent communication skills
- Good data analytical knowledge, and data-based decision making skills.
Successful practices of data-driven approach are preferred
- Proficient in English
