Medical Information Specialist
We are seeking a skilled medical professional to fulfill this role.
* Respond to unsolicited customer inquiries for medical and safety information via various channels.
* Provide accurate and timely medical/safety information responses according to regulatory requirements and client policies.
* Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints accurately.
* Maintain quality in all areas of the job, including performing quality checks on Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints.
The ideal candidate will possess strong cognitive abilities, including verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical ability. They will be able to multitask with attention to detail within restrictive timeframes and effectively work independently and as part of a team.
Key Requirements:
Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS)
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regulations, and industry standards
