What You Will DoParticipate in pre-sales and post-sales meetings, understanding client needs and translating them into technical solutions;Build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), designing integrations and platform configurations to support a wide variety of client use cases and technical requests;Collaborate with Support and Development teams to assess complex technical scenarios and contribute to solution definition;Research and explore evaluate new integration possibilities, documenting best practices through guides and playbooks;Occasionally deliver training sessions for clients, primarily online. RequirementsProficiency in English, with written and spoken communication skills. (mandatory)Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, with hands-on experience in installation and configuration;Experience or familiarity with APIs;Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and proxy configurations;Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and take ownership of tasks;Genuine interest in technology, curiosity, and a learning-oriented mindset;Creative and analytical problem-solving skills;Good communication skills, as you will work together with customers helping them to solve real life problems. Nice to HaveSpanish as a third language;Ability to write basic scripts or small integration prototypes Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledgeExperience working in B2B SaaS environments;Familiarity with Digital Signage, Audiovisual (AV), or Out-of-Home (OOH) Media.
