Job Description
We are seeking a Portfolio and Project Methodologies Manager to join the Digital Services team at Mondelez Brazil.
As a key contributor, you will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, overseeing governance, budgeting, timelines, quality, testing, operational readiness and go‑live readiness.
How You Will Contribute
Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project‑level risks and elevate them to global leads or program managers as needed.
Provide project reporting and status updates via scorecards, status reports, monthly review meetings, and leading stakeholder meetings.
Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.
Own the relationship with external vendors, including quality assurance throughout all phases of project delivery.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in project management methodology.
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
Strong project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations while managing strict timelines.
Focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.
Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving.

Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Project management certification is a plus.
Advanced English – you will deal with regional and global stakeholders.
Specific Job Requirements
Project execution: Coordinate execution of Digital Services Brazil projects, assign tasks, meet deadlines; ensure correct methodology (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile); facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and global towers.
Pre‑project planning: Collaborate with business teams and towers to define scope, objectives, and requirements; obtain necessary approvals; ensure alignment with business goals; communicate between technical and business leaders in bi‑weekly sessions.
Risk mitigation: Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks via mitigation strategies.
Documentation and compliance: Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with regional, global, and business unit standards; support audits for internal policy and external regulation compliance.
Regional and global integration: Collaborate with regional and global Digital Services teams to integrate knowledge and resources into planning; ensure alignment of results with organization strategy.
