What We're Looking For
* 2- 3 years of Proven experience in data entry or data analyst roles, with a focus on internal quality control.
* High attention to detail and ability to review data for deficiencies or errors.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments and handling sensitive data with professional maturity.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve data discrepancies.
Languages (mandatory)
* Advanced English: Required for reporting to teams abroad.
Profile Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration.
* Mandatory Certification: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
* Desirable: Certifications or courses in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python for Data Analysis.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with data integrity, quality, and security policies.
* ️ Software: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL).
* Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching/mentoring ability, and strong decision-making skills.
* Dynamics: Ability to work with large teams and deliver high-quality outputs on a tight
Key Responsibilities
* Support data quality and integrity processes by reviewing, validating, and correcting datasets.
* Research and obtain missing information for incomplete documents.
* Analyze information to identify discrepancies and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
* Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
* Provide reliable data outputs to support operational decision-making for stakeholders.
Contract & Work Model
* Duration: 4-month initial contract (project-based).
* Hiring Model: Honorários - CNPJ (PJ).
* Work Model: Hybrid (São Paulo).
